1. User registration
The users need to register before they can join the bidding.
Please make sure to use a unique ID and remember your password.
The users should supply accurate information and be responsible for any law entanglement caused by fault data or inaccurate information.
2. Webmaster approval
Once the user finishes registration, he will receive a mail to confirm the user identification. The user may be asked to supply some important proof by fax or mail.
3. Join bidding
With an activated account, the user can join the auction. The first bidder must bid no less than the starting price of the item. The following bidders must bid more than the sum of current price and minimum increase amount.
4. Finish bidding and Payment
There will be a closing time for each auction. After the auction closes, the highest bidder wins the bidding. The webmaster will contact (email or phone) the winner and confirm the deal. The winner must pay within the agreed time (which is stated in the auction notice). If the winner cannot pay on time, the webmaster has right to cancel this auction.
5. User account management
The users can change their password at anytime. If there is any cheating in the auctions, or the user breaks any rules in the user agreements, the webmaster has right to freeze the user’s account. Once the account is suspended, the user cannot either join the bidding or change the registration information.
