ACUERDO DE USUARIO：

1.       User registration
The users need to register before they can join the bidding.
Please make sure to use a unique ID and remember your password.
The users should supply accurate information and be responsible for any law entanglement caused by fault data or inaccurate information.

1.	Crear una cuenta nueva.
Los usuarios deben crear una cuenta para participar en la subasta.  Asegúrese de utilizar una identificación única para su cuenta y no olvide su contraseña.  Los usuarios deberán aportar información fidedigna y ser responsables por cualquier complicación legal que se derive del incumplimiento de dicho requisito.

2.       Webmaster approval
Once the user finishes registration, the webmaster will contact the user (normally by phone) to confirm the user identification. The user may be asked to supply some important proof by fax or mail.
After checking and confirm the user’s detail, the webmaster will approve the user account and authorize the user a credit limit (the maximum bidding(s) the user can put in one or more auctions at one time). Thus, the user can start to join the auctions.

2.	Aprobación del Administrador del SITIO Web.
Una vez que el usuario haya abierto su cuenta, será contactado por el Administrador del sitio Web (usualmente por teléfono) para ratificar su identidad.  Es posible que se solicite al usuario enviar otras pruebas de su identidad por fax o correo electrónico.  Una vez verificada y confirmada la información del usuario, el Administrador del sitio Web aprobará la cuenta del usuario y establecerá un límite de crédito (monto máximo de las apuestas que el usuario puede hacer en una o más subastas simultáneamente).  Una vez cumplido este requisito, el usuario podrá comenzar a hacer sus apuestas.

3.       Join bidding
With an activated account, the user can join the auction. The first bidder must bid no less than the starting price of the item. The following bidders must bid more than the sum of current price and minimum increase amount.

3.	Haga sus apuestas.
Una vez que la cuenta haya sido activada, el usuario puede comenzar a hacer sus apuestas. La primera apuesta no puede ser inferior al precio inicial del equipo. Las apuestas siguientes debe ser superiores a la suma del precio más el incremento mínimo.
 
4.       Finish bidding and Payment
There will be a closing time for each auction. After the auction closes, the highest bidder wins the bidding. The webmaster will contact (email or phone) the winner and confirm the deal. The winner must pay within the agreed time (which is stated in the auction notice). If the winner cannot pay on time, the webmaster has right to cancel this auction.

4.	Cierre de la Apuesta y Pago
Cada Subasta tiene su fecha de cierre. Una vez que la Subasta haya cerrado, el usuario que haya hecho la apuesta más alta resultara el ganador. El Administrador del sitio Web se comunicará con el ganador ya sea por teléfono o correo electrónico para confirmar la transacción. El ganador debe pagar en el plazo que establece las regulaciones de la subasta.  De no cumplirse con este requisito, el Administrador del sitio Web se reserva el derecho de cancelar la apuesta.
 
5.       User account management
The users can change their password at anytime. However, if they want to change their registration information, they need to contact the webmaster. The webmaster will temporarily suspend the user’s account so he/she can change the information. However, before the webmaster re-approving the new information, the user will not be able to join any auction. If there is any cheating in the auctions, or the user breaks any rules in the user agreements, the webmaster has right to freeze the user’s account. Once the account is suspended, the user cannot either join the bidding or change the registration information.

5.		Control de la Cuenta de Usuario
Los usuarios pueden cambiar su contraseña en cualquier momento.  No obstante, si los usuarios desean introducir cambios a la información del registro, deben comunicarse con el Administrador del sitio Web, quien suspenderá la cuenta temporalmente.  Hasta tanto los cambios sean hechos y la nueva información aprobada, el usuario no podrá participar en ninguna de las subastas.  Si las reglas y estipulaciones de las subastas son violadas, el Administrador del sitio Web tendrá el derecho de congelar la cuenta del usuario, quedando sin la posibilidad de participar en ninguna subasta o introducir cambios a la información en el registro de usuario.
